This website describes the research, formulation, product-development and pilot-production services of Exordium Biotech. By using it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Information here is general

Everything published here is general technical and commercial information about our development services. It is not scientific, medical, regulatory or legal advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice specific to your product or situation.

Nothing on this website states or implies that any product diagnoses, prevents, treats or cures any condition. Regulatory status, permitted claims and testing requirements depend on the product, the category and the market, and are the responsibility of the brand that sells the product.

No medical advice and no patient care

Exordium Biotech does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment or clinical services through this website, and no clinician–patient relationship is created by using it. Where we work with physicians, clinics or practices, that work is product development for products sold under their own name — it is not patient care.

This site is not a patient portal and must not be used to send patient health information. If you have a medical concern, speak to a qualified healthcare professional.

Inquiries do not create an engagement

Submitting a project brief, sending an email or having a conversation does not create a client relationship, an engagement or any obligation on either side. Work begins only under a written agreement or accepted proposal that defines scope, deliverables, timing, fees and confidentiality.

Projects are reviewed for technical fit, development readiness and current laboratory capacity, and we may decline a project at our discretion. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and prices are not published.

Project agreements govern the work

Where these terms and a signed project agreement or proposal differ on anything to do with the project — scope, ownership of formulas and intellectual property, confidentiality, testing, delivery, liability or payment — the project agreement governs.

Intellectual property in site content

The text, layout, design, imagery and brand assets on this website belong to Exordium Biotech or its licensors and may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission. You may view, print or share pages for your own reference.

Photography on this site is illustrative of the type of work described. It is not presented as documentation of a specific facility, client project or result.

Information you submit

Please only send information you have the right to send. You keep whatever rights you already hold in what you send; we use it to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, as described in the privacy notice, and treat technical detail as confidential business information. Confidentiality can be formalised in writing where a project proceeds.

Do not submit patient health information, credentials, payment-card details or other highly sensitive personal information through this website.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, probe or gain unauthorised access to this website, use it to send unlawful or misleading content, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
